Everyone knows that the business climate nowadays is extremely competitive and businesses need to use every tool at their disposal to gain an edge. If you own a business or are thinking about starting a business then you know by now just how important the internet can be to your success. The internet is a powerful tool that can be used to market your business to clients that you would be unable to connect with otherwise. However, many businesses are not taking advantage of this marketing tool and are running the chance of falling behind the competition. It’s for this reason that we’ve formed The Internet Marketing Club, a free event in which you will receive training from, and be able to answer questions of experts in the field. Along with the training you’ll receive from us you will also have the opportunity to network with the other business owners and entrepreneurs who are in attendance.

The club meets on the second Thursday of every month at the eastern campus of Wayne County Community College in Detroit, Michigan. The meetings start at 4pm and are held in the Cooper Room at 5901 Conner Street. From 4-6pm you will have the opportunity to listen to our experts, Mark Maupin and Chris Wechner, discuss their newest online marketing discoveries and you will receive training in how to better market your own business. There will also be a question and answer session to help audience members grow their business through the unique marketing opportunities that the internet provides. Each of these sessions is adjusted and customized to meet the needs of those in attendance but some of the things you can expect are: reviews and critiques of audience member websites, demonstrations of how-to techniques, showcases of successful examples of internet marketing, and some next steps for business owners to take. The main speaker is up next and from 6-8pm they will provide you with more information on how to grow your business. The topic of the main speaker will be different every meeting, so there is always something new for you to learn. 

If expanding your business through internet marketing is something that you are interested in then this is an opportunity that you won’t want to miss. We will answer any questions that you have and customize each session so that we can better serve those in attendance. The purpose of these events is to help you grow your business and we will do everything within our power to give you the correct advice and tools that will give you an advantage over your competition. Remember, this is a free event and is open to anyone but will be aimed at those interested in growing their business by extending their online reach and presence. Over the course of the four hour meeting you’ll learn strategies and tips to make your business more successful in an increasingly difficult economic time.
